Our Story
Kellogg Development Company (KDC) is a commercial real estate company based in Charlotte, NC. The firm was founded in 1990 in Orlando, FL as a brokerage and property management company, and later established an investment partnership in 1996 to capitalize on acquisition opportunities across the Southeast. Kellogg's primary goal is to acquire value added office properties at reasonable prices and build value through strategic capital investment and day-to-day leasing and asset management expertise honed from years of experience in successfully repositioning commercial real estate properties. Currently the firm has an owner ship interest in three office parks comprising nearly 1.5 million square feet of office space.

Central United Methodist Church
Central United Methodist Church, a neighbor of KDC and Charlotte East Office Community, had an unfortunate fire disaster in September 2008. We were able to help them by allowing them to use office space while they waited for their church to be rebuilt.

KDC and Charlotte East Office Community donated summer training space for our tenant Charlotte TEACCH.
Midtown Transformation Challenge
Midtown Centre Office Park held a "getting in shape" challenge to the tenants at the office partk. Midtown has a fully staffed state of the art gym facility that is located in the office park. To get tenants involved in physical fitness, the officepark sponsored a workout challenge.
